Our team has a lot of experience designing and implementing Odoo, for very small entrepreneurs to large corporations. Because we're increasing in size and we want to give premium support for our delivered projects, we're in need of somebody to stay in touch with our clients, and make sure their needs are met.
Are you someone who likes to help clients with their Odoo challenges? Can you talk somebody through a process, so they can get back to work as soon as possible? If so, Helpdesk Manager at Clubit is definitely something for you!
This position will put you in charge of our entire helpdesk team, and you will be the liason with the customer. You will collaborate with our technical support team and coördinate a swift solution.
We expect you to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities

Must Have
- College Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Native Dutch, English R+W
- Highly autonomous
- Team Player

- Experience in writing content
